Shortly after moving into my house I had a CPVC pipe burst in my basement. I consulted JTS about the possibility of replacing the CPVC piping with PEX. From the estimation to the completion of the work, I had an excellent experience with them. The estimator talked to me like an intelligent adult - not assuming I knew everything but also not assuming I knew nothing. He offered a plan that balanced the benefit of making significant improvement to our plumbing without introducing a huge cost (and the quote was very fair). The guys that showed up to work were professional and respectful of my house. I had a couple of quick chats with them, and they were very friendly and considerate. In the end, I had a revamped plumbing system that was painless to schedule, completed quickly, and didn't break the bank. JTS has been to our house to unclog a drain, replace/install a gas hot water heater, replace an old leaky hose nozzle and today they fixed my A/C.
